External Applicants Application packets must contain the following to be considered complete: EDJOIN Application High school diploma or some college level coursework in accounting is preferred Any combination of training and experience, which would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities, is qualifying. A typical way to obtain knowledge and abilities would be: two (2) years of increasingly responsible financial and statistical record keeping work experience comparable to that of an Accounting Analyst I with PCOE. Applicants may be tested. If hired, proof of a valid California driver's license is required.
