Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $45.00 to $55.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Support budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing data and assisting with financial planning activities. Analyze monthly results by comparing actual performance to forecasts and explaining key variances. Prepare recurring reports and dashboards to track financial performance and expense trends. Partner with cross functional teams to monitor costs and support expense management initiatives. Assist with financial modeling analysis and special projects to support business decisions.
Requirements:
A Bachelor degree in finance accounting or a related field. 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or planning roles. Demonstrate advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze data and build reports. Use enterprise systems effectively with experience in common financial platforms. Communicate clearly and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management. Support development of reporting tools and improve efficiency of financial processes. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to align financial goals with business needs. Maintain high accuracy and organization when working with financial information.
