Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in San Leandro, California. In this role, you will focus on driving financial insights and supporting sales operations through detailed analysis and modeling. This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities:
Build and automate revenue-to-GP reports and forecastsAnalyze revenue and margin drivers by product and customerAdvise leaders on actions to improve margins and grow revenueManage pricing and discount accuracy in ERP and TPM systemsOversee clean capture of distributor and indirect sales dataConsolidate monthly forecasts, flag risks/opportunities, and push back when neededProduce timely month-end results with clear business insightsAlign with Sales Finance teams to standardize approachesLead annual budgets for assigned regions or channels
