This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Job Description Addison Group is seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join a growing finance team. This position will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with large data sets, developing actionable insights, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, identifying trends and key business drivers. Develop management reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review. Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior period results, providing meaningful variance explanations. Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities. Perform profitability, labor, revenue, and expense analyses to support operational and financial objectives. Assist with commission, incentive compensation, and bonus calculations as needed. Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making. Validate financial data and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Support compliance requirements, internal controls, and financial reporting processes. Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through process enhancements and automation. Collaborate with accounting, operations, human resources, and other departments to gather information and provide financial insights. Maintain documentation of financial processes, reporting methodologies, and controls. Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience. Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling concepts. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, and data analysis techniques. Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Experience with reporting automation, business intelligence tools, or financial systems is a plus.
