We are seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to join our Sales FP&A team based out of our Santa Clara campus. This new role will extend rebate and deal desk activity into the FP&A team. As an integral member of the team, our organization's overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of relevant financial and business analysis that is both insightful and measurable, enabling effective decision-making at all levels of the company and improving our financial performance. This is a critical position within the Finance organization, requiring knowledge of advanced tool and analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to deliver to Company's timelines. It is a visible role within Finance for an energetic individual who thrives on inspiring change and impacting the business in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What you'll be doing: Finance Business Partner to support WW Sales on pricing and rebates Lead cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Pricing, BU Finance, and Operations teams on driving pricing strategies Proactive monitoring of weekly deal flow, highlighting large-impact offers and quotes with atypical pricing or uncommon structures Generate rebate forecasts, aligning with Accounting and BU Finance for margin modeling Develop key performance measurements and dashboards to measure pricing effectiveness Analyze large data sets across multiple platforms and systems with the ability to synthesize the data to draw conclusions, provide business insights, and tell a story through data Maintain data quality and data accuracy across all group projects and drive continuous improvement efforts for data quality. Ensure consistency, reliability, and quality of all standard reports What we need to see: 5+ years of Finance / Sales Finance / Sales Operations experience, especially with pricing data analytics and modeling, supporting a global, high-tech corporation Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering. MBA a plus Expert proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, SAP, SQL, and Tableau applications a plus Track record of employing AI tools for data analysis, modeling, and reporting workflows World-class analytical skills and advanced financial modeling techniques, with ability to derive and convey business insights Ability to define new processes, improve analytics, and influence business decisions Eagerness to wear many hats, shifting day-to-day responsibilities as business conditions evolve Thorough with the highest regard for accuracy and completeness Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, simultaneously manage several priorities, and challenge the status quo to drive change and operational improvement Ways to stand out from the crowd: Direct experience with contra-revenue, rebate, or channel incentive programs Background in semiconductor, hardware, or channel-driven business with multiple RTM Experience automating finance workflows with Python or SQL beyond Excel Exposure to pricing strategy in a high-growth or rapidly scaling environment Widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package. The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD for Level 3, and 128,000 USD - 201,250 USD for Level 4. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
