Where You Will Work:
Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline. AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support the team.

Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Reporting - FP&A to join our Finance team in Chicago, IL or Denver, CO. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables, and providing actionable insights to support business and financial decision-making. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment, builds strong cross-functional relationships, and proactively identifies and implements improvements to reporting processes. 
What You Will Do:
The Senior Analyst is responsible for executing enterprise reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of monthly and quarterly outputs while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability. This role collaborates closely with Operations, Asset Management, Accounting, and FP&A to analyze results, explain performance drivers, and surface key risks and opportunities to the leadership team. 
Key Responsibilities:
Own the preparation and delivery of assigned monthly and quarterly enterprise reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Drive day-to-day execution of reporting workflows, taking accountability for deliverables and proactively resolving issues.

Partner closely with Operations and Asset Management to understand and evaluate performance drivers at the community and portfolio levels.

Analyze financial results, identify trends, and deliver clear, actionable insights to support senior leadership decision making.

Identify and implement enhancements to reporting processes, tools, and data flows in partnership with senior leadership.

Contribute to broader FP&A initiatives, including system improvements, automation efforts, and integration activities.

QualificationsWhat You Will Bring:
 4+ years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience; real estate or multifamily experience preferred.

Proven ability to own recurring deliverables end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement.

Experience working with large dataset and financial systems, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

Strong understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and performance management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver concise, decision-ready insights in fast-paced environments.

Advanced analytical expertise with mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, supported by strong accounting and finance fundamentals.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive results with minimal direction.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, or related field.

CFA, CPA, or CMA preferred.

Additional InformationAIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:

Expected base salary of $90,000- $110,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
