Senior Financial Analyst:
Support month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning activities Prepare financial analysis, variance reporting, and actionable insights to support operational and leadership decision-making Partner with functional leaders to monitor spending trends, improve profitability, and drive financial performance Support cost accounting activities including standard costing, inventory analysis, reserves, and overhead allocations Develop financial models, reporting tools, and process improvements to enhance visibility, automation, and operational efficiency Qualifications for the

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 5+ years of finance or accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Strong background in FP&A, operations finance, financial modeling, management reporting, and cost accounting Strong orientation toward process improvement, system implementations, automation, and driving operational efficiencies through technology and analytics Advanced Excel skills with experience using ERP and financial reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion, M2M, HFM, or similar platforms #LI-LJ1 #INMAY2026
