Investment Banking Analyst - Healthcare Overview We are partnering with a highly regarded boutique investment bank specializing in M&A advisory, strategic consulting, and capital markets for mid?market private shareholders. The firm is actively expanding its Healthcare Investment Banking team in Denver due to strong deal flow and a healthy transaction pipeline. This is a hands?on Analyst opportunity offering meaningful client exposure, responsibility across the full deal lifecycle, and close collaboration with senior bankers on complex healthcare transactions. The platform is collaborative, well?resourced, and intentionally structured to support Analyst development and long?term growth. Why This Opportunity? Responsibilities :

Perform in?depth industry, company, and financial analysis across healthcare sectors Build and review financial models, including operating models, valuation analyses, and transaction scenarios Prepare client?facing materials such as pitch books, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), and management presentations Support due diligence and transaction execution across M&A and capital markets mandates Work closely with senior bankers on strategic advisory initiatives and business development efforts

Qualifications :

1.5 + years of Investment Banking experience A background in the Healthcare sector with meaningful M&A transaction experience is preferred but not required at the Analyst level M&A and Capital Markets deal experience MBA or Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields This role is well suited for an Analyst seeking to deepen healthcare knowledge, gain meaningful execution responsibility, and grow within a fast?growing boutique investment banking platform.
