It is the essence of how we interact and work-it's how things get done at BlueCrest. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights 2. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar 3. Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions 4. Perform advanced statistical analyses and build predictive models to support decision-making 5. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources 6. Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes to improve efficiency 7. Translate analytical findings into clear, concise presentations for leadership 8. Support business strategy by providing insights on performance metrics, KPIs, and forecasts 9. Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and governance 10. Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and structures

QUALIFICATIONS
(SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION
AND CERTIFICATIONS
)
MINIMUM:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
PREFERRED
  • Experience with Microsoft D365
  • Experience in FP&A in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, business intelligence or analytics consulting
  • Familiarity with could platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
  • Experience working with large-scale data environments and data warehousing solutions
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools
  • Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline automation
