Senior Financial Analyst Salary:
$100,000 – $125,000 + 2%

You'll operate at the center of the business, translating data into insight and influencing outcomes. Key Responsibilities Support enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analysis, and executive presentations Analyze financial and operational performance across business units Partner with Site Controllers during month-end and quarter-end close Contribute to board reporting, strategic analysis, and high-impact projects Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements Build financial models and deliver clear, actionable insights Help shape the story behind the numbers for leadership Qualifications Experience in FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidations Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders Proactive mindset with a desire to go beyond reporting and influence strategy Why This Role This isn't just another reporting role.
