Description Key Responsibilities Coordinate trade execution documentation across multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc.) Manage counterparty onboarding, including KYC, account openings, and trading agreements Liaise with brokers, banks, and internal trading teams to ensure seamless execution Review, draft, and negotiate trading and financing agreements (e.g., ISDAs, prime brokerage agreements, NDAs) Track key legal terms, obligations, and renewal dates across agreements Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation repositories Assist with trade lifecycle processes, including confirmations and settlements Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on regulatory and documentation requirements Monitor and escalate documentation or execution issues impacting trading activity Develop and maintain internal trackers, templates, and workflows Prepare summaries of key legal and trading terms for internal stakeholders Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and risk management Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2-5+ years of experience in a law firm, asset manager, investment bank, or broker-dealer Experience with trading documentation (ISDA, CSA, PB agreements, etc.) strongly preferred Familiarity with capital markets or alternative investments (hedge fund, credit, private markets) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously High attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
