Job Description:
Financial Data Analyst Remote after onboarding A growing organization is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and partnering cross-functionally within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support recurring dashboard/report refreshes and ad hoc reporting requests
  • Assist with financial and vendor data uploads, validation, and database maintenance
  • Build and improve workflows, reporting processes, and analytical models
  • Monitor and maintain data quality across multiple systems and sources
  • Partner with internal teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Support strategic initiatives through data analysis and actionable insights
Job Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience working with data, analytics, accounting, or finance
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Exposure to Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL, Oracle Hyperion, Adaptive, or Datarails is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and organizational abilities
