Business analysis, operations domain fluency, Agile product ownership, stakeholder facilitation, prompt literacy
Key Responsibility:
Elicit and document use cases from business teams; own backlog and acceptance criteria; facilitate sprint demos; validate AI outputs with domain SMEs; drive adoption and represent the business voice • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services Review Business Requirement document based on user request. Prepare technical documentation and perform an impact analysis of the systems. Analyze customers' IT needs and provide guidance for improvement. Create training materials for client users and other consultants. Reporting the progress of the project on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Meeting with clients to determine project requirements. Extend the usage of the tools to other applications. Developing innovative solutions and preparing prototypes for meetings. Experience in defining and implementing technology solutions for a major financial institution Extensive experience as a Business Analyst for a large financial institution Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, defining test cases, and providing user training and support Extensive experience with various system development lifecycle methodologies and tailoring the artifacts to those methodologies Solution-oriented, detailed-focused, showing strong analytical and organization skills Business Analyst in financial services1Business Analyst in financial services W-2United States
