Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in financial management, with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to coordinating financial activities. As a key member of our finance department, the Financial Coordinator will ensure accurate processing of financial transactions, support budgeting efforts, and facilitate seamless communication between departments to uphold financial integrity and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in preparing financial r Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures to promote compliance with organizational standards. Monitor cash flow activities, track expenses, and prepare documentation for audits or financial reviews. Facilitate communication between departments regarding financial documentation, deadlines, and reporting requirements. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information while ensuring data accuracy across all platforms. Skills Proven experience in finance or accounting roles with strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to interpret financial data clearly. Effective communication skills for liaising with team members, vendors, and auditors. Knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory compliance standards is highly desirable. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
