Job Description

Do you have a passion for data analysis and problem solving? Put your skills and interests into work by joining our Financial Change Order (FCO) group. An individual who joins our team will be responsible for completing financial assessments for clients seeking to make pharmacy benefit plan changes. The team's primary goal is to ensure proper financial controls and improve client level financial performance.
Job Responsibilities:
Strong analysis skills using Microsoft Excel and SQL High motivation to question, research, problem-solving, and document processes Flexibility to pivot and quickly learn new concepts and processes to handle a constant flow of new products and strategies being developed across the organization Ability to communicate cross-functionally to describe strategy and results in clear and respectful manner Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines ;and competing priorities Ability to interact with others in a collegial and professional manner and help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing
Skills:
2 + years' professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing ;or process improvement role or equivalent combination of professional experience and education 1+ years professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing, or process improvement role including 1+ year working with PBM data or PBM financial analysis
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree required Degree related to finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, data science, economics or other data related fields preferred ; ;
