Project-Based / Internship-Style Opportunity Position Overview This Financial Planning Analyst (Project-Based) role supports a high-impact internal initiative aimed at improving the structure, accuracy, and governance of cost center management across the organization. This is an internship-style, hands-on opportunity designed for entry-level or early career finance professionals seeking real-world experience with enterprise financial systems, cross-functional collaboration, and structured financial projects. The role is project-driven with defined objectives and deliverables. The analyst will partner closely with Finance and HR teams to standardize cost center attributes, remediate legacy data issues, and improve financial reporting reliability. Key Responsibilities Cost Center Optimization Project Support Support day-to-day activities related to cost center remediation and optimization initiatives Assist with tracking project tasks, timelines, and deliverables Data Review, Validation & Updates Review and update cost center attributes within ERP and HCM systems Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated data across systems Data Reconciliation & Cleanup Support reconciliation of legacy cost centers into current system structures Assist with documentation of data corrections and alignment decisions Functional Cost Center Analysis Analyze cost center usage to understand primary business functions Support recommendations for consolidation, reclassification, or separation of cost centers Cross-Functional Collaboration & Mentorship Partner closely with Finance and HR stakeholders throughout the project Receive ongoing guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals Gain exposure to enterprise financial processes, governance, and system integrations New Cost Center Setup Support Assist with setup, review, and validation of new cost centers as business needs arise Ensure accurate functional alignment and attribute assignment Stakeholder Communication & Coordination Participate in project kickoffs and recurring stakeholder meetings Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups Implementation & Continuous Improvement Support planning and execution of system updates and cost center changes Gather feedback during rollout and assist in refining cost center assignments Learning & Development Opportunities Internship-style exposure to financial planning, cost management, and governance Hands-on experience with ERP and HR systems Mentorship from Finance and HR professionals Development of foundational skills in: Data analysis Financial structures Cross-functional collaboration Enterprise system workflows Timekeeping Worker will utilize SAP Fieldglass for weekly time reporting

Pay Details:
