Perform operational routines in the financial area, ensuring the execution and organization of the company's administrative and financial processes. Issue invoices and monitor accounts receivable (AR); Control and process accounts payable (AP); Support payroll processing; Assist with payments and the organization of administrative routines related to permits; Perform bank reconciliations; Post financial transactions in the ERP system; Organize documents and provide support for the monthly financial closing; Knowledge of English is required due to the fact that some of the subcontractors are American. Fluency in Portuguese is necessary, as it is the primary language used within the company and with most of our clients.
