Overview:
Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its corporate finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional looking to gain exposure to financial planning and analysis within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication skills. This role will work closely with leadership across multiple business units, so the ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and present financial information clearly is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processes Analyze financial results and help explain variances, trends, and key business drivers Support preparation of management reporting packages and presentations Maintain and update financial models, reports, and dashboards Partner with accounting and operational teams to gather and analyze financial data Assist leadership with ad hoc reporting and financial analysis requests Help improve reporting processes and identify efficiencies where possible Communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2-4 years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related experience Advanced Excel skills required Strong verbal and written communication skills required Ability to interact professionally with different personalities and levels of leadership Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
