BayCare Sys Office West | Business and Administrative | PRN Apply Save Description Clearwater, FL (On-Site) |Monday- Friday, 8am-4:30pm | Non-Exempt Are you a recent graduate or finishing up your degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field? Join our team for a hands-on internship where you'll gain real-world experience in hospital finance operations.

Your role within the team:

Maintain and monitor general ledger accounts and hospital statistics Prepare and analyze statistical and financial reports Reconcile hospital bank accounts Assist with audit preparation and documentation Support the development of annual operating budgets Manage the hospital's petty cash account Prepare sales tax returns Contribute to process improvements and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or near completion) Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively
