Sr. Financial Analyst

We are partnering with a well-established, growth-focused manufacturing and consumer products organization to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their Corporate FP&A team. This role offers strong visibility to leadership and an opportunity to influence key business decisions. About the Role This position will serve as a strategic finance partner, helping to guide planning efforts, analyze performance, and provide insights that drive business outcomes across the organization. Key Responsibilities Own and support corporate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles Build dynamic financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives Deliver insights through financial reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations Partner with business leaders to evaluate results, identify trends, and improve financial outcomes Analyze month-end results and provide actionable variance commentary Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems and reports Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, reporting, and data flow Support corporate cost planning and ongoing spend analysis across functions Assist with capital tracking and analysis tied to key business initiatives Contribute to special projects, ad hoc analysis, and strategic planning efforts What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar discipline Several years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles Strong foundation in financial modeling, reporting, and performance analysis Advanced Excel capabilities with a proven ability to manipulate and interpret data Experience working with large datasets and reporting systems (ERP experience a plus) Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms) Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Experience with data querying or automation tools (SQL, Python, etc.) Familiarity with modern data environments or business intelligence frameworks Advanced degree or professional certification (MBA, CPA, or similar) Exposure to manufacturing, consumer goods, or product-based industries Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
