Account Payable Intern

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budget analyses. Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations. Conduct research and data analysis to support financial decision-making. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed. Work with financial models to analyze trends and business performance. Help maintain and update financial databases and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects and initiatives. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned to support the finance team.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Basic understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and financial statements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Prior internship or relevant coursework in finance or accounting is a plus but not required. We are Quirch Foods. Our Passion is your Joy.
