This position will assist with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, operational analysis, and portfolio performance tracking across multiple assets. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and variance analyses Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections Monitor property and hotel performance metrics and identify trends Analyze operating expenses, revenues, labor costs, and profitability Support asset management and ownership reporting requests Maintain and update financial models and spreadsheets Assist with bank reconciliations and financial data accuracy Work closely with accounting, operations, and property management teams Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed Help improve reporting processes and operational efficiencies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2-4 years of financial analysis or accounting experience preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required Experience with hospitality, real estate, or property management is a plus Knowledge of financial statements and budgeting processes Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance benefits Paid time off and holidays Growth opportunities within a dynamic real estate and hospitality organization
