Full Job Description Financial Analyst Compensation:
$65k-70k+ with 10% bonus

Early-career to mid-level financial analyst experience Position Overview We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support a fast-paced financial planning and analysis function within a growing, multi-location organization. This role will assist with monthly analytics, reporting, budgeting, and ad hoc analysis to support leadership in data-driven decision making. The Financial Analyst will work closely with business and operational stakeholders while developing strong fundamentals in FP&A, analytics, and financial modeling. Key Responsibilities Assist with monthly analytics and reporting to support leadership decision making Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting across multiple business areas Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and schedules to identify trends, variances, and anomalies Contribute to the annual budgeting process through modeling, analysis, and collaboration with leadership Help prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership Develop and maintain working relationships with business and operational leaders Collaborate closely with FP&A, data analytics, and strategy teams Support ongoing initiatives and projects that contribute to organizational growth Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred Strong academic background with demonstrated interest in finance and analytics Competency with business and analytics tools such as Microsoft Office and financial systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Ability to analyze complex financial information and synthesize findings Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally Intellectual curiosity with a desire to learn new tools, systems, and business models Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned projects
Pay Details:
