(TITLE 32), GS-0501-7/9, you will processes da and performs broad-in-depth financial analysis of interreled accounting, military and civilian pay, accounts payable and receivable, and various travel entitlements to resolve especially difficult and sensitive, out-of-balance conditions associed with processing actions within Financial Management systems. Analyzes and evalues da to conduct a variety of fiscal reconciliions, reviews, and account adjustments. Reconciles Resource Center Manager (RCM) accounts ensuring da integrity. Coordines with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) and posts valided accounts to the General Ledger. : Must have experience collecting and analyzing da; applying procedures and directives by interpreting program merial; preparing reports and presentions; delivering formal training presentions or briefings; analyzing problems to identify significant factors, ghering pertinent da, and recognizing solutions; planning and organizing work; and communicing effectively both orally and in writing. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
: GS07 Must have least one year of specialized experience the GS-05 level or the equivalent which provides knowledge and/or experience managing funds through fiscal reporting and financial advisory services, to include budget formulion and execution, travel and commercial accounting, military and civilian payrolls, and financial systems applicions. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
: GS09- Must have least one year of specialized experience the GS-07 level or the equivalent which provides knowledge and/or experience managing funds through fiscal reporting and financial advisory services, to include budget formulion and execution, travel and commercial accounting, military and civilian payrolls, and financial systems applicions; experience working with the Financial Management Board and handling highly sensitive military or civilian entitlement issues; competencies in directing financial management policies in support of ANG military organizions and units. MULTIPLE LEVEL RECRUITMENT
This position is being advertised using multiple level recruitment to allow for considerion of applicants with the basic skills necessary to develop to the full journeyman level of the position. If a less than fully qualified applicant is selected, the incumbent may be trained and developed until proficiency is gained to full journeyman level. If less than fully qualified individual is selected for this position, the position has potential to Grade 09. STATEMENT OF DIFFERENCE
The purpose of this position is to provide on-the-job experience for the purpose of qualifying for the target grade level described in the position description. Work assignments are selected to provide training and experience in this occupion. The incumbent is required to obtain increased knowledge and skill in the duties of the position the target grade level. Promotion to the full journeyman level position is not automic with the completion of the time in grade requirements, but rher it is contingent upon the assignments and performance of full journeyman level duties on a regular and recurring basis.
