Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Plays a critical role in advancing the organization's financial strategy by analyzing data to support informed decision-making. Develops and manages budgets, forecasts, and financial models that guide business performance and long-term growth. Monitors financial results against targets, identifies opportunities for improvement, and prepares comprehensive reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders. Ensures compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, while contributing to the implementation and enhancement of financial systems, reporting tools, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business executives to support pro forma development and strategic financial planning
  • Strengthen cost accounting support and enhance interpretation of financial data for end users
  • Drive financial strategy through data analysis and actionable insights
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning
  • Monitor financial performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and informed decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls
  • Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience supporting or leading financial systems implementation and optimization
  • Knowledge of healthcare finance, including reimbursement models and regulatory considerations preferred
