• Job Summary:

• The Corporate Trust Operations Transfer Team is responsible for performing Transfer and Replacements of physical securities.

As part of the process, you will be responsible for reviewing all the documents submitted with the transfer request to ensure that we have received all required documents, and everything was properly executed. In addition, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries that are received though email or phone in a timely manner and ensuring we stay compliant with all regulatory obligations.

• Responsibilities for the Trade Transaction Analyst includes but not limited to:
• + Complete time critical, complex, and often regulated tasks including interaction with internal and external parties.

+ Review entries on internal recordkeeping systems for security principal payments, exchanges, transfers, reregistrations, and replacements as required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulation. + Record-keeping and documentation. + Customer communications. + Ad-hoc projects including user access testing, production verification testing and process improvement evaluation and implementation.

• REQUIREMENTS

• + Bachelor's degree required in business, accounting or finance. + Competent in all MS Office products. + Familiarity with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Strong organizational skills. + Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines to accomplish tasks. + Fluent in English.
