Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future The Financial Analyst II will be tasked with ensuring the accuracy of financials, delivering reporting to various stakeholders within Lennar. This position will also support team members with financial analysis and reporting to leadership and Corporate Finance teams. A career with purpose. A career built on making dreams come true. Your Responsibilities on the Team Provide financial insights and documentation to Lennar stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making. Build and update standard financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making. Assist in financial reconciliations and reporting, identifying key trends and opportunities for efficiency. Support cost allocation and financial reporting processes between business units. Develop and upload journal entries for reclassifications and accruals. Review financial transactions to ensure accuracy and proper classification. Identify anomalies and inconsistencies on invoices and conduct investigations on charges that do not align with purchase request documents. Work cross-functionally to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting. Identify gaps or redundancies in processes and initiate improvements in alignment with the team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, or a related field preferred. A minimum of 2+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience or education is required. Must have financial data analytical skills and experience in preparing high level reports from raw data. Intermediate Excel Skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP's. General knowledge of accounting functions. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
