Job Description

Portfolio Analytics & Reporting Analyst We're looking for a Portfolio Analytics and Reporting Analyst to help track, analyze, and report on the performance of our private equity investments. You'll work closely with our Investment and Finance teams and play a key role in portfolio reporting, investor materials, and financial analysis. This role reports to the Head of PE Portfolio Reporting and is a great fit for someone early in their career who's highly analytical, detail-oriented, and curious about how private equity portfolios work at a global level. The role is based in Miami , works across multiple regions and time zones, and may include some international travel. What You'll Do Help prepare and maintain high-quality portfolio reports, including KPIs, performance metrics, valuations, and dashboards Support quarterly and annual investor reporting, internal portfolio reviews, and ad-hoc analysis Make sure data is accurate and consistent across portfolio, fund, and investor materials-serving as a key quality check Assist with investment committee materials, strategic projects, and portfolio reviews by delivering clear, decision-focused analysis Work closely with investment professionals and portfolio company teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting Help produce portfolio performance updates, investor templates, dashboards, pitch materials (Pitchbooks, PPMs, DDQs), and internal management reports Contribute to the firm's use of AI by applying tools that improve data analysis, automation, reporting accuracy, and presentation quality Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who's smart, driven, and excited to grow with a fast-scaling investment firm. You should have:
3-5 years of experience in consulting, private equity, investment management, FP&A, strategic finance, or portfolio analytics A solid understanding of private equity or venture capital, including key metrics like IRR, DPI, MOIC, and valuation approaches Strong data skills-you're comfortable working with large datasets and turning them into clear, investor-ready insights A sharp eye for detail and the confidence to challenge numbers, cross-check data, and ensure accuracy Experience with portfolio monitoring tools and investor relations systems Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to produce clean, polished, professional-quality materials A genuine interest in AI and emerging tech, with hands-on experience using AI tools to boost productivity or improve reporting The ability to work independently in a lean team-proactive, hands-on, and accountable Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills Comfort working under pressure, across time zones, and with senior stakeholders High integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
