Full-Time Job Purpose:
The Property Asset Manager at Company in the Real Estate industry will oversee the performance and execution of third-party property management companies across the multifamily portfolio to ensure operational and financial objectives are met effectively 3.
Essential Requirements:
3-5+ years of multifamily real estate operations experience Previous experience in Property Management Strong understanding of real estate budgets, accounting, and multifamily property operations Experience working with third-party property management companies 4.
Preferred Qualifications:
Regional Manager experience Asset Management experience 5.
Core Competencies:
1. Strong organizational and project management abilities 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 3. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously 6.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as ownership's representative for all multifamily operations
  • Oversee third-party management companies across multiple multifamily communities
  • Monitor property performance against approved budgets
  • Identify operational deficiencies and implement corrective action plans
  • Track all action items arising from meetings
