Abacus Global Management, Inc. is a pioneering alternative asset manager specializing in uncorrelated financial products that leverage proprietary longevity data and actuarial technology. We are one of the fastest growing companies in Orlando, and we are seeking a detailed Accounting Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Process Accounts Payable and Receivable Prepare recurring and monthly accruals Update and maintain Prepaid Expense schedule Prepare Fixed Assets spreadsheet Oversee company corporate credit cards transactions Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations Prepare software implementation guides and testing scripts Prepare 1099 reports and submit tax filings as needed Assist with audit requests Prepare ad-hoc analysis reports Track expense totals for projects as needed
Qualification Requirements:
1-3 years of relevant Accounting experience OR Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance Proficient knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel and Word Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently on assigned duties Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
