Job Description

Job Summary:
•The Inventory Cost Control Analystposition involves producing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, completing inventory documents, conducting physical inventories, performing cost analysis, and handling high-volume data entry tasks. The responsibilities include processing inventory requisitions in the MMS (AS400-based) inventory system, conducting physical inventories in various locations, preparing Excel reports on cost results for F&B outlets, analyzing restaurant forecast results, troubleshooting inventory and expense variances, among other duties. •
Responsibilities:
•1. Process inventory requisitions in the MMS inventory system to ensure timely cost reporting and update inventory balances. 2. Conduct physical inventories in warehouse areas, wine cellar, retail stores, kitchens, and bars. 3. Generate Excel-based reports on daily flash cost results for F&B outlets. 4. Create Excel reports on restaurant forecast results, void activity in Micros point of sale system, and breakdown banquet sales and covers. 5. Handle cost transfers in the MMS system. 6. Troubleshoot inventory and expense variances through MMS research. •
Qualifications:
•Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for report generation and analysis. Experience with inventory management systems, preferably AS400-based systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reports. Ability to conduct physical inventories in various locations effectively. Analytical skills to perform cost analysis and troubleshoot variances. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
