Job Description:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Analyst to support acquisitions, asset management, financial analysis, and investment decision-making across a growing real estate portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance or real estate professional looking to gain exposure to commercial real estate investments, underwriting, and portfolio analysis. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, developments, and existing assets. Analyze property operating statements, rent rolls, leases, and market data. Assist with underwriting new investment opportunities and preparing investment memorandums. Conduct market research, demographic analysis, and competitive property assessments. Prepare cash flow projections, valuation analyses, and return metrics including IRR, NPV, and equity multiples. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for portfolio assets. Assist with due diligence efforts during acquisitions and dispositions. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and investors. Monitor portfolio performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Maintain databases and financial reporting tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in real estate, finance, investment analysis, banking, valuation, or accounting preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling. Understanding of real estate valuation methodologies and investment concepts. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ARGUS, Yardi, CoStar, or similar real estate software is a plus.
