A proactive thinker with a can-do mentality who is ambitious and intuitive will prove successful. Dwight is looking for an individual who takes pride in their work and flourishes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Must have the ability to manage time wisely working with high volume, follow up diligently, and regularly communicate status of projects. Our ideal candidate will provide support to the FHA Asset Management team as well as carry out individual responsibilities, while working on new initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support Asset Management in the collection, tracking, and spreading of borrower financials, including operating statement, balance sheet, bank statements, rent rolls, AP/AR aging schedules, etc. Carry out financial analyses to evaluate projects' performance and discuss any substantial variances and non-compliance Oversee all aspects of HUD "NSPIRE" physical inspections (scheduled by a third party) including management of dedicated NSIPRE mailbox, processing invoices, entering inspection dates/scores in the servicing system, tracking results and future action items Assist in obtaining bids and coordinating required ten year renewals of project Capital Needs Assessments Prepare required HUD forms and process requests for advances from reserves held by Lender for repairs, capital improvements, debt service & other Manage and distribute monthly portfolio reporting Working with Managing Director and Sr. Asset Managers, draft departmental processes & procedures Carry out special projects, as requested, with immediate priority on automation Skills, Knowledge and Expertise In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should have: Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or Economics with a strong GPA Excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple transactions and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - financial modeling and risk analysis Prior experience with multi-family real estate is a plus About Dwight Capital Dwight & Co includes all the Dwight affiliated companies: Dwight Capital LLC specializes in commercial real estate lending and loan servicing & Dwight Mortgage Trust LLC is a private mortgage REIT that actively invests in commercial real estate debt products.
