Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, and project-level accounting within a growing organization. This role sits at the intersection of finance and accounting, with a strong focus on tracking project performance, supporting development initiatives, and providing actionable insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial reports related to projects, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses Partner with other teams to track project costs, timelines, and financial performance Maintain project-level accounting records, including job cost tracking, accruals, and revenue recognition Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes related to assigned projects and entities Monitor project budgets vs. actuals and identify risks, trends, and cost-saving opportunities Support cash flow forecasting and capital planning for development projects Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting Strong proficiency in Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
