Job Description The Senior Asset Manager will report into senior leadership and play a critical role in driving performance across a dynamic portfolio of multifamily and build-to-rent assets. Take full ownership of asset performance across an assigned portfolio, executing business plans to drive NOI growth and value Lead lease-up strategy, managing rental pricing, concessions, and velocity on Class A assets Oversee onboarding and management of third-party property managers, holding them accountable to performance targets Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with underwriting assumptions Act as the key point of communication between development, construction, and property management teams Provide clear, strategic recommendations to senior leadership and investment partners Support investment sales processes, including asset positioning, reporting, and buyer engagement MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant For the Senior Asset Manager role we are seeking: 6+ years of experience in asset management within multifamily, build-to-rent, or related real estate sectors Proven track record managing lease-ups and stabilised assets, with a focus on driving rent growth and occupancy Experience operating in an owner-operator or fast-paced development environment Strong financial expertise including budgeting, forecasting, and asset-level analysis Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and manage external partners effectively Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to make decisions and provide strategic recommendations Experience working with portfolios of 100-350 unit multifamily assets is highly desirable What's on Offer Extremely competive base salary 20-25% bonus potential (c. $190k+ total compensation) Opportunity to manage a high-impact portfolio (~12 assets) with significant visibility to leadership and partners Join a top-tier developer with a strong pipeline and market-leading position in the build-to-rent and multifamily space Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with real ownership and career progression If you are interested in this opportunity apply today or reach out to Chase Smith at Michael Page.
