Job Description The Senior Asset Manager will report into senior leadership and play a critical role in driving performance across a dynamic portfolio of multifamily and build-to-rent assets. Take full ownership of asset performance across an assigned portfolio, executing business plans to drive NOI growth and value Lead lease-up strategy, managing rental pricing, concessions, and velocity on Class A assets Oversee onboarding and management of third-party property managers, holding them accountable to performance targets Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with underwriting assumptions Act as the key point of communication between development, construction, and property management teams Provide clear, strategic recommendations to senior leadership and investment partners Support investment sales processes, including asset positioning, reporting, and buyer engagement MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
