The Financial Analyst, Field Finance supports the Field Finance organization by providing financial analysis, reporting, and operational support to regional finance leadership. This role partners closely with the Sr. Regional Director, Finance and Field leadership to support monthly close activities, backlog reviews, consolidations, and ad hoc financial analyses. The Financial Analyst will focus on delivering accurate and timely data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making through strong analytical and collaboration skills while continuing to build financial acumen and business partnership capabilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Support forecasting, budgeting, and periodic reporting activities for Field Finance under the guidance of senior finance leadership Perform ad hoc financial analyses and reporting to support Field Finance initiatives and leadership requests Pull, validate, and consolidate data from ERP, CRM, and other financial systems to support monthly target achievement, backlog reviews, forecasting, and operational reporting Assist with monthly close processes, including variance analysis and preparation of standard reporting packages Support AP on-hold cleanup activities by researching issues, partnering with cross-functional teams, and tracking resolution Compile and analyze large data sets, summarizing findings into clear and concise insights for finance and field stakeholders Assist in the preparation of presentations and reporting materials for Field Finance leadership reviews Partner with Field Finance and operations stakeholders to understand business drivers and support data-driven decision-making Follow established processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization within Field Finance reporting and analysis Maintain accurate documentation and working knowledge of financial systems, reports, and business processes Proactively identify data issues or anomalies and escalate findings to senior finance team members as appropriate Support finance-led projects and initiatives as assigned Perform other duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance role Progress toward CPA, MBA, or other relevant financial certification, preferred Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or close activities, preferred Experience supporting field, sales, or operations-focused finance organizations, preferred Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling; PowerPoint proficiency required Working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Experience with SAP, Oracle, BI tools, or other financial reporting systems preferred Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate results clearly and accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information with discretion Curiosity and willingness to learn business operations, financial processes, and systems Continuous improvement mindset with interest in increasing efficiency and standardization Provided they meet all eligibility requirement under the applicable plan documents, employees will be offered Medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible spending accounts (FSA) Health savings account (HSA) Supplemental medical plans Company-paid short- and long-term disability insurance Company-paid basic life insurance and AD&D Optional life and AD&D coverage Optional spouse and dependent life insurance Identity theft monitoring Pet insurance Company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition reimbursement 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with company match: Employees can contribute a portion of their pay on a pre-tax or Roth basis.
