The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for financial reporting, cost controlling, asset management, and strategic planning, acting as a key financial partner for operations and the local leadership team to support business performance, compliance, and profitable growth. Main Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards. Manage company accounts and sub-ledgers, ensuring proper classification of expenses and integrity of financial data. Develop and maintain financial analysis tools and dashboards to support operational insights and decision making. Provide value-added, fact-based financial analysis through the interpretation of financial results and trends. Lead product cost standard setting and production variance analysis, identifying risks and improvement opportunities. Analyze sales margins, monitor sales pricing, and support profitability improvement initiatives. Support operational initiatives, supply chain optimization, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning. Analyze inventory levels and values, oversee capital investments, and support the preparation and evaluation of CAPEX requests, including post-implementation ROI and payback reviews. Manage capital and leasing requirements and support asset management processes. Oversee and manage requirements related to business incentives, government grants, and local incentive programs. Develop financial data to support budgets, forecasts, long-term plans, and investment decisions. Partner with the local executive team to align financial strategy with business objectives. Maintain internal control systems and risk management processes; coordinate with internal and external auditors. Manage local tax accounting activities and act as the primary financial interface with government and regulatory entities. Ensure effective management of financial modules within the ERP system. Support cross-functional teams and perform other duties as required. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA, CMA, and/or MBA strongly preferred Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reporting requirements Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and experience with SAP or other ERP systems Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights Proven ability to partner with operations and leadership teams to support decision making Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
