Financial Analyst - Cost & Pricing Hybrid | Manufacturing Environment | High-Visibility Role A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support cost accounting, pricing analysis, and operational finance initiatives. This role partners closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to drive profitability, improve cost visibility, and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Maintain and improve cost accounting and standard costing processes Analyze manufacturing variances, labor efficiency, and operational performance Build pricing and profitability models to support business strategy Partner with plant and commercial teams on forecasting and margin improvement initiatives Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or pricing analysis Manufacturing or industrial industry experience required Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys operational finance, cross-functional collaboration, and making a direct impact on business performance.
