Job Summary The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a strategic partner within the healthcare finance division, providing advanced financial analysis, reporting and insights that directly influence organizational performance. This role operates with a high degree of independence and collaborates with leaders across the system to evaluate performance, support long-range planning, and optimize the use of financial resources. This role develops complex financial models, interprets trends, and presents actionable recommendations to leadership. In addition, this position drives process improvements, and ensures alignment between financial operations and organizational goals in support of high-quality patient care and responsible financial stewardship. Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field Minimum Experience:
A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience in finance and/or decision support. Other:

Job Specific and Unique Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strategic financial analysis and reporting skills Leadership and mentoring skills Strong communication and executive presentation ability Advanced modeling and forecasting expertise Essential Tasks and Responsibilities Lead efforts to collect, reconcile, and interpret complex financial and operational data from multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency Perform advanced ad hoc and recurring financial analysis, reporting trends, risks and opportunity to management Build and refined financial models, long-range forecasts and scenario analyses to guide strategic decision-making Serve as a steward if data integrity, driving process improvements to enhance financial accuracy, efficiency, and transparency Support audits and compliance with organizational policies and procedures Manage and contribute to high-impact projects often involving multiple departments or system-wide initiatives Serve as a subject matter expert in financial systems and reporting tools, training and mentoring other financial analyst Partner with leaders across the organization to evaluate performance, resource utilization, and other financial opportunities Exercise independent judgement in resolving complex issues while appropriately escalating to supervisor in a timely manner Performs additional duties as assigned Physical Demands Weight Lifted:
