Job Description

Hawai'i Pacific Health is a not-for-profit health care network with over 70 locations statewide including medical centers, clinics, physicians and other caregivers serving Hawai'i and the Pacific Region with high quality, compassionate care. Its four medical centers - Kapi'olani, Pali Momi, Straub and Wilcox - specialize in innovative programs in women's health, pediatric care, cardiovascular services, cancer care, bone and joint services and more. Hawai'i Pacific Health is recognized nationally for its excellence in patient care and the use of electronic health records to improve quality and patient safety. At Hawai'i Pacific Health the Financial Planning department provides quality financial services to the organization's systems, directors and internal staff by acting as a liaison and business partner. If you are gifted with numbers and have great financial instincts, you could be the ideal candidate for our Senior Financial Analyst position. In this role, you will provide financial analysis and review of System operations to understand past performance and its impact on the future, and develop new programs to ensure the financial viability of the System over the short and long term. We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual with an appreciation for financial and operational integrity, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai'i's people.

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or other related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Five (5) years experience in business, accounting, or financial analysis, with computer background.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree.
Current Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. Health care experience.
