The Analyst is a strategic partner to the business, responsible for driving financial performance and supporting commercial decision-making through advanced financial analysis and leadership. Act as a key liaison between finance and commercial teams, fostering collaboration to understand business performance drivers. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to evaluate pricing strategies, customer profitability, and market trends. Influence decision-making through clear communication of financial insights and recommendations. Lead deep-dive analyses on sales performance, margin optimization, and customer profitability. Support strategic projects, including pricing reviews, cost optimization initiatives, investment evaluations, and process improvement initiatives. Analysis and reporting of the business Net Trade Sales ensuring accuracy and clarity of financial results. Develop excel models used for monthly analysis, quarterly forecasting and annual AOP process. Conduct variance analysis and identify root causes of deviations from targets. Manage customer rebates including monthly entries, communication with the commercial team and reconciliations. Support month end processes including reviewing accruals, journal entries and validation of P&L postings.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required; CPA, CMA or other Chartered Credential preferred Strong interpersonal skills and experience in working directly with senior management System proficiency including Excel, Hyperion, SAP, or other ERP & data mining software. Strong analytical skills including financial planning and working capital analysis Solid knowledge of accounting principles Effective, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills Collaborative team player with team building skills Required- BS in accounting or finance
