Financial Analyst

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Johnson, Iowa. In this role, you will provide critical financial insights and support to ensure informed decision-making across the organization. • Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting by applying advanced Excel formulas.
• Monitor and report key financial metrics to stakeholders.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements. Requirements
• Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data interpretation.
• Expertise in variance analysis and ad hoc reporting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas.
• Familiarity with data mining techniques and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Effective communication skills to present findings and insights clearly.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
