Full Job Description SUMMARY:
Serves as a key member of the Company's Accounting Team, responsible for developing complex models and high-level dashboards, tracking the company's financial performance against plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts/budgets, and helping management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
include, but are not limited to the following: Produce and create yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly, or daily reports including key performance metrics and financial results. Assists with the preparation of the Company's periodic financial statements accurately and timely, consistent with up-to-date accounting regulatory guidance and finance leadership expectations. Monitor actuals vs budget, investigating variances and proposing corrective actions. Provide analytical forecasting, reporting, and project support. Analyze the data and collaborate with business partners on cross functional management initiatives. Create and analyze detailed financial models to support decision-making and assist with change management initiatives. Assist the Accounting Team in other areas of support such as billing, collections, or adhoc reporting requirements. Identifying and driving efficiencies and controls in the processes and tools. Support the budgeting, auditing and tax processes Partner with all teams to ensure financial accuracy and provide financial information in a clear and concise manner. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Four-year degree from an accredited college, university, or technical institution with coursework in Accounting/Finance, Analytics or business, or substitute 2 years' pertinent experience for each year of education. Previous skill, knowledge, or experience specifically in financial analysis or accounting. Must have a valid driver's license.

Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation. Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Able to effectively manage multiple tasks within a complex organization, demonstrating ability to plan, organize, implement, and control.
OTHER SKILLSABILITIES
PC proficiency is essential (Windows environment) Strong working knowledge of Excel is essential. Experience with Power BI for preferred. Ability to quickly learn is essential.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
The duties of this job require the employee to effectively talk and hear English language communications. The employee is required to stand, walk, climb, sit and use hands and fingers. Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Reaching, grasping and carrying activities also required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Above average intellectual ability and excellent judgment are needed to deal effectively with a wide range of problem solving and trouble shooting activities. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Although most work is performed inside, occasional outside activities are subject to seasonal temperature fluctuations.
