You will be the person who ensures we always know: Where we stand financially What's driving performance Where we're winning—and where we need to improve You will work directly with ownership and leadership to turn data into decisions and help build a more scalable, efficient business. This is not a back-office role. This is a business-critical role. What You'll Be Responsible For Keeping data accurate, organized, and reliable Managing reporting, reconciliations, and financial systems Building and maintaining KPI dashboards across sales and operations Turning data into clear, actionable insights Assisting with budgeting and forecasting Improving systems, processes, and internal organization What Success Looks Like Leadership has clear, real-time visibility into the business Financials are accurate, organized, and dependable Cash flow is controlled and predictable Who You Are You are self-directed and take initiative without being asked You have a strong sense of ownership and accountability You are highly organized and detail-oriented You think analytically but communicate clearly You enjoy solving problems and improving systems You are comfortable working across finance, sales, and operations You don't just report numbers—you understand and explain them What You Bring 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business operations Strong understanding of financial reporting and basic accounting principles Proficiency in Excel and business systems Experience with accounting software and/or CRM systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information A Quick Reality Check (Read This Carefully) Strong attention to detail Consistency and follow-through The ability to work independently Comfort being accountable for numbers and accuracyMUST LIVE IN THE TREASRUE VALLEY - THIS IS AN IN-PERSON JOB - NO REMOTE WORK AVAILABLE
