As a Digital Financial Consulting Analyst, you will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful, and challenging work, with a primary focus on financial accounting within complex client environments. Through use of innovative problem solving and analytical thinking, you will collaborate with team members to propose unique solutions for a wide range of clients across industries, including Commercial, Higher Education and Healthcare. As part of a growing Digital practice, Analysts can expect to work closely with leadership on a diverse set of tasks and initiatives. You will engage and collaborate with team members to propose solutions for complex challenges faced by our clients with a strong emphasis on financial accounting processes, data, and reporting. Some of your responsibilities may include: Assisting in implementing technology solutions, including performing technology assessments, business process mapping, data conversions, user testing, and client support, with focus on financial accounting systems and workflows Liaising with internal and external team members during course of project engagement, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics Conducting and participating in key stakeholder interviews with clients to gather qualitative data and information as well as gain an understanding of institutional culture Connecting with internal team members throughout the project engagement, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics Provide financial analysis and operational support to project teams in both Higher Ed and Healthcare environments. Maintain clear documentation of financial structures, updates, and reporting standards Travel & Requirements Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to assess data quality and identify root causes Ability to manage and manipulate financial accounting data across multiple systems Strong written and verbal communication Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Advanced or highly proficient in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products (e.g. Microsoft Visio and Outlook) Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration majors preferred) Previous experience in Finance, Consulting or related areas preferred A consulting role with Huron requires travel to client sites. The base salary for this job is $80,000. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $86,400 - $89,600. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
