Pay 40-49/h depending on experience Commercial Operations Analyst The Commercial Operations Analyst supports operational activities across speaker programs, sampling operations and credentialing within the Commercial Operations organization. This role is responsible for coordinating operational workflows, supports vendor and compliance activities, maintains operational documentation and provides support to field personnel and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant and efficient execution of commercial operations programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Speaker Program Operations Support operational execution of speaker programs, including contracting coordination, training support, documentation management, and promotional review activities. Partner with Legal, Compliance, marketing, Finance and external vendors to support compliant execution of speaker program activities and transparency reporting. Process and maintain speaker program requests, exception approvals, and related operational activities. Coordinate submission and routing of speaker program materials through Veeva and follow up with stakeholders to support timely approvals and program execution. Provide operational guidance to home office and field personnel regarding speaker program policies, procedures, systems, training requirements, and event request processes. Support speaker onboarding activities, profile updates, training status tracking, and documentation maintenance within speaker program systems. Assist with operational reporting, data reconciliation, and tracking of speaker program activity, utilization, and compliance metrics. Support development and distribution of operational communications, training materials, and process updates related to speaker program activities. Escalate operational issues, documentation discrepancies, and compliance concerns to appropriate stakeholders for resolution and follow-up. Operations Support Support operational execution related to sampling, credentialing, storage unit management, facility moves, and related field support processes. Monitor sampling and fleet inboxes, triage field inquiries, and support timely issue resolution related to sampling, credentialing and operational processes. Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to support compliant and efficient execution of Commercial Operations programs and initiatives. Monitor vendor deliverables, operational processes, reporting activities, and documentation to support operational standards and compliance requirements. Support audits, compliance reviews, contracting workflows, operational reporting, and cross-functional coordination activities. Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, documentation processes, reporting capabilities, and user support activities. Support operational projects, process improvement initiatives, and additional operational support activities as assigned. Required Education, Experience, and Skills Accredited Bachelor's degree Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field. Experience supporting speaker programs, field representative onboarding/offboarding processes, sampling operations, or related commercial operations activities preferred. Experience working in a regulated industry. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across functional teams. Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Veeva, Ariba, MedPro, or similar commercial operations systems preferred. Experience coordinating operational projects and vendor-related activities. Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills Experience supporting pharmaceutical commercial operations or field-based sales organizations. Experience in pharmaceutical operations, sales operations, marketing operations, compliance, event coordination, or related operational roles. Knowledge of Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and federal/state transparency regulations. Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including Sunshine Act, PhRMA Code, and transparency reporting requirements. Experience supporting compliance reviews, aggregate spend reporting, or promotional review processes. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
