Job Description

Job Requirements Build solutions. Elevate performance. Thrive in Corporate at New Home Star! At New Home Star, we equip corporate professionals with industry-leading training, advanced technology, and meaningful opportunities to contribute to our mission. If you're driven to succeed, enjoy tackling complex challenges, and are ready to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this role offers an excellent next step in your career. Join us in our Corporate Support Office in Elmhurst, Illinois, as part of the Finance team, where you'll play a key role in supporting our builder partners and shaping the future of New Home Star. We're looking for a detail-oriented, motivated analyst to own a critical workflow at the center of our business: from deal approval to agent payouts to payroll and accounting. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and sales. You will ensure our agents are paid accurately and on time, while helping us improve and scale the systems and processes behind that work. This is not a traditional accounting or payroll role. You will be expected to take ownership of the full process, identify inefficiencies, implement optimizations, and build scalable solutions as the company grows. This role includes a meaningful amount of hands-on operational and administrative work, especially early on. Success in this role comes from executing with high accuracy while identifying ways to improve and scale the process over time. Our Corporate Support Office is located in the heart of downtown Elmhurst and is not your typical "corporate" setting. We embrace collaboration with an open office concept and genuinely enjoy team outings, celebrations, and company-wide events.
