Job Description

Finance Analyst The purpose of the Finance Analyst role is to support operational activities within the US Therapeutics Divisional Headquarters team, focusing on Long Range Plan (LRP) and Plan Cycle processes. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in executing and advancing key processes, delivering insightful analysis, and enabling team priorities, while contributing meaningfully to the company's long-term success and helping shape a best-in-class financial planning and analysis function. Responsibilities This role reports to the US Commercial FP&A Senior Manager and supports the Plan and Long-Range Plan review cycles. As a member of the US Therapeutics finance team, you will provide accurate and timely analysis to meet important due dates and project timelines. Assist with cycle planning activities, including developing guidance, creating mock books, preparing templates and schedules. Perform financial analyses of the P&L throughout the review cycles to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data submitted by business partners. Effective interaction with cross functional and business unit peers will help you gather, review, and prepare financial analysis and share with Key Stakeholders. Consolidation and review of Financial Books. Coordinate and support various system updates and operational processes, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently. Support coordination of Post Exec Transfer process. Support SG&A consolidation process including populating roll forwards and presenting to leadership. Support the FP&A Forum. Manage the incentive compensation process for month end close, LBEs, annual plan/LRP and quarterly landings. Coordinate and support various system updates and operational processes, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently. Support and execute process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency within the Financial Planning and Analysis function. Supports finance management on ad-hoc requests and projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. CPA or MBA required. Minimum 2+ years of progressive and related experience. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter with ability to operate independently, drive processes, proactively identify and implement process improvements, and establish and adjust priorities to achieve objectives and operate with speed and agility. Strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and problem-solving capabilities, with a deep understanding of the P&L. Able to assess performance drivers, interpret business implications, and translate financial results into actionable insight. Knowledge of SAP and BPC or similar multidimension planning solutions is a plus. Prior pharmaceutical experience preferred. Additional Information The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. Pay Range:
$65500 - 125500 USD Where We Work Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely•, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
