Full Job Description Description:
The Finance Analyst plays a critical role in driving financial performance and delivering actionable insights at Kadon Precision & Aerospace Inc. This fully on-site position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy at the transactional level while producing timely financial reports, managing cash flow, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Partnering closely with leadership, this role extends beyond traditional accounting by enhancing financial transparency, improving processes, and contributing to the company's growth strategy. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with a forward-looking mindset, leveraging financial data to generate meaningful insights that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities Reconcile all bank accounts monthly and monitor daily cash activity. Oversee inventory accounting and process improvements Support job costing systems, ensuring accurate cost capture from estimate through completion Execute the monthly close process, with a target of 10 business days or fewer Perform and review monthly general ledger reconciliations in alignment with the Company's close procedures Prepare the monthly financial reporting package, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and KPI reporting for leadership Maintain and update fixed asset schedules and depreciation tracking Support the annual audit and tax preparation process, coordinating with external advisors under CFO guidance Maintain a 13-week cash flow forecast, updated weekly, to support proactive financial planning Support the Company's SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process to align inventory with production and customer demand
Requirements:
