Job Summary:
As an Entry-Level Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. You will work closely with various departments to help improve processes, enhance decision-making, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns. Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Support project management activities, including tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape. Assist in the documentation of business processes and requirements.
About You Required:
Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience required.
Preferred:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Internship or prior experience in a business analyst role or related field. Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma Computing) Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
